    Order Information
    We have a lot of return customers, so we take orders on a first come first serve basis.
    Your order is scheduled.
    Chuck makes your order fresh and it is mailed out the next day.
    We ship by United States Postal Service.

    We do ship Internationally.
    International customers, please contact us with your needs. You will have to pay the actual shipping, which is amazingly reasonable.
  • Shipping Cost
    If you order 25 or more crosses, we pay for your Priority Shipping.
    Insurance is extra, so be sure to add insurance if you want that.

    If you order less than 25 crosses, you must pay your shipping.
  • How to add Insurance
    We do not add insurance automatically.
    If you want insurance you will have to add the insurance to your cart along with your order.

  • Do you accept Returns
    These are handmade crosses sold as is.
    No returns.
  • Shipping Time
    Please look above, beside calendar, to see estimated shipping date before ordering.

    If you need your exact shipping date, please call or email with the quantity of crosses you are needing.

    If you have an event you are trying to meet, please let us know that information too. We don't want you placing an order if we can't make the deadline.

  • i did not receive confirmation
    You should receive an email confirmation from Paypal to the same email address you used with them.
    You will receive an email from us that we have received your order(sometimes I am delayed because I'm not automated)
    Feel free to email us if you are concerned.

    If you haven't received a confirmation from Paypal, there could be one of two problems.
    1. You used an ECheck. Paypal will not send out a notification to you, because your payment has not cleared, yet.
    2. You are not looking in the email address you gave Paypal.

    If you haven't received a confirmation from us, there could be one of two problems.
    1. Sometimes I get behind sending out notifications, but your order IS put in the first slot as it comes in.
    2. Our emails are sometimes considered Spam, by your emailer, and put in the trash. Look in your trash or spam box for our email.
  • Tracking information
    We ship by the USPS.
    We package your order the evening before we ship. As soon as we schedule your package to be picked up, you will be notified. Your package is then trackable on the USPS website.

    Add our address to your emailers address book so that it knows you want to hear from us.
Types of Payments accepted

  • Online Payment Options:
    Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, E-Check or Paypal.
    You will have the option to use or not use Paypal to send your payment.
    Note: Paypal actually takes the payments for us but you do not have to sign up with Paypal in order for you to send us a payment.
  • Mail in orders:
    We accept checks and money orders thru the United States Postal Service.
    You have two options when using the regular mail.
    Be sure to include one of the following along with your payment

    You can print out a copy of our online order form.

    You can add the items you want along with quantities just like you were going to check out and print the cart.

    You can write out your order by hand; making sure you include…
    Name, mailing address, phone number(prefered), Nail size, wire size, quantity of each color, along with $4.95 shipping if you are ordering less than 25 cross items.

    What is an E-Check?
    Paypal offers an electronic e-check which takes the money from your checking account for you and transfers it to us.
    To use eCheck: (1) Click on the Send Money tab (2) Enter the required information (3) Click Continue and click the Funding Options link under the 'Source of Funds' heading. Choose the eCheck radio button (4) Click Continue and review the information on the Payment Details page and click Send Money to complete your transaction.
    PayPal will send the request to your bank immediately. It will take up to 4 business days for the electronic funds transfer to be completed.

    If you have a Paypal account, you already have a user name and password.
    Paypal will still have your shipping information, so make sure it is still correct. We use the shipping address in Paypal. If there is a problem with that, please let us know when placing your order.
    If you have not used Pay pal before, it's easy! Membership to Paypal is free. To become a member, just enter your shipping information and credit card choice, and then choose a username and password.
    Your credit or debit card information is known only to PayPal.
    If you are a PayPal member who has been verified, you can also pay through your checking account via eCheck or with Instant Transfer from your PayPal account.
